Oracle’s Larry Ellison Wins Back America’s Cup for U.S.

Feb. 15 (Bloomberg) — Bloomberg's Linzie Janis reports on BMW-Oracle's victory in the 33rd America's Cup off the coast of Valencia, Spain. Software billionaire Larry Ellisons team, with a motorized 68-meter (223-foot) carbon fiber wing sail, yesterday beat Ernesto Bertarellis defending-champion Alinghi of Switzerland to take a winning 2-0 lead in the best-of-three series.
